Getting Help

Forge AI is currently an early preview. If something breaks, capture the page you were on, what you tapped, and whether you were using the browser app or an installed home-screen app.

Data and Export

Forge AI stores data locally on your device. You can export food logs and workout history from the Profile tab. If you clear browser data or remove the installed web app, local Forge AI data may be lost.

Reset or Delete Local Data

You can delete local app data from Profile - Settings - Reset all data. This removes your profile, food logs, workout history, weight entries, saved meals, settings, and anonymous app analytics identifier from that device.

AI Features

If AI meal logging or the AI workout builder returns an error, try refreshing the page and attempting again. If the issue persists, email us at [email protected].

Barcode Scanning

Barcode scanning uses your camera only to read the barcode. Images are not saved. If the scanner does not open, check camera permission for the browser or app, make sure the barcode is well lit, or enter the barcode manually.

Apple Health and Health Connect

Health sync is available only in the installed mobile app. You can connect it from Profile - Settings. If you change your mind, revoke access in Apple Health, Health Connect, or your device privacy settings.
