Getting Help
Forge by FitDaily is currently an early preview. If something breaks, capture the page you were on, what you tapped, and whether you were using the browser app or an installed home-screen app.
Data and Export
Forge by FitDaily stores data locally on your device. You can export food logs and workout history from the Profile tab. If you clear browser data or remove the installed web app, local Forge by FitDaily data may be lost.
Reset or Delete Data
Profile - Settings - Reset all data removes your profile, food logs, workouts, manual weight entries, settings, and anonymous app analytics identifier from this device and any optional cloud backup. If you created a backup account, Profile - Settings - Delete cloud account permanently removes the account and its cloud data. If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the account email for help verifying a deletion request.
AI Features
If AI meal logging or the AI workout builder returns an error, try refreshing the page and attempting again. If the issue persists, email us at [email protected].
Voice Meal Logging
Tap Speak meal, describe the full meal, review the transcript, then tap Review estimate. If voice input does not start, allow microphone and speech-recognition access for Forge in your browser or device settings. You can always type the meal instead.
Barcode Scanning
Barcode scanning uses your camera only to read the barcode. Images are not saved. If the scanner does not open, check camera permission for the browser or app, make sure the barcode is well lit, or enter the barcode manually.
Apple Health and Health Connect
Health sync is available only in the installed mobile app. You can connect it from Profile - Settings. Imported Health records are used in memory and re-read from the system health store instead of being persisted by Forge. If you change your mind, revoke access in Apple Health, Health Connect, or your device privacy settings.
