Getting Help

Forge is currently an early preview. If something breaks, capture the page you were on, what you tapped, and whether you were using the browser app or an installed home-screen app.

Data and Export

Forge stores data locally on your device. You can export food logs and workout history from the Profile tab. If you clear browser data or remove the installed web app, local Forge data may be lost.

AI Features

If AI meal logging or the AI workout builder returns an error, try refreshing the page and attempting again. If the issue persists, email us at support@fitdaily.app.
