Where is my data stored?
Your core app data is stored locally on your device using browser storage. AI features process the meal or workout text you submit through Forge by FitDaily's backend, and barcode scans use the barcode number to look up packaged foods. If you clear your browser data, your Forge by FitDaily data will be cleared too — so treat it like a local app.
Is it free during beta with no account?
Yes. Forge by FitDaily is free to try during beta and does not require an account. Optional premium features may be added later.
What if I switch phones?
Since data is stored locally, switching devices means starting fresh. An optional data export is available in the Profile tab so you can back up your logs.
